It’s busy, busy, busy at ADORE!

There has been a lot happening at the end of September. Firstly we’d like to welcome Killwilly (grey below) and Cassata a black female.

We also completed our first round of shearing on Sunday. 28 alpacas shorn with some very pleasing results. We’re just waiting on our fleece results, which will be announced shortly, then some of these lovely fleeces will be on the market. ADORE was very pleased to be awarded 2nd Junior White Haucaya Female at the prestigious Charles Ledger Alpaca Show 2014 for Bohemia our first cria from a new genetic line.

The judges were amazed at the fleece volume Bohemia has produced at 7 months of age. Bohemia’s fleece tested at 15.2 micron. We look forward to Bohemia joining her mother and half sister in our breeding program.
